Meet the Owner
Kegan Fleming
Kegan came to Greensboro in 2004 to attend UNCG, where he graduated with a BA in Sociology in 2008, before completing his Master’s in 2016.
While a grad student, Kegan began his career in device repair by securing an entry level support position with Apple. Kegan quickly gained experience as he transitioned from part time to full time employment, and in 2015 had the opportunity to travel to Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino, California, for three weeks of hands-on repair training at Apple’s corporate training facility.
After 5 years with Apple, Kegan transitioned into a repair technician and then general management role at a local Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP), where he continued to work until late 2020.
